Iquitos, Peru

Iquitos, Peru is the largest city on the Amazon River. I have gone there twice on two separate missions trips, and this is a sample of what you will see if you visit this area. The climate is unbearably hot and muggy. Our first visit found most of us unprepared for the climate. How can you be prepared for 110 degree heat, with 100% humidity? Even the natives of Iquitos were saying that it was hot. One of our group, Alan, got off the airplane, and said that he thought that he had made a big mistake. But there was no turning back. However, we found the hearts of the people of Iquitos to be as warm as the climate.

Donations
Would you like to participate in sending people out on the missions field? If you would like to give financially, and be a blessing to thousands of people, I would like to give you the opportunity to help. I believe that when we give, it is given back to us, and God multiplies it so that it is more than we can contain.
